How I've been counting-
In and out-
The slight rise and fall
Of your breathing
While you sleep
Another Saturday
In your work clothes
That you will wear
To service tomorrow
As if you didn't know
About the grease stains
And the wrinkles
When you give the Lord
A working man's best.
